Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request, provided that the items are unused and the original packaging is intact. After your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

If the items arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping cost. If a return is requested because of the buyer’s personal preference, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, the refund will be issued to your original payment account. Please allow additional time for banks to process the transfer.

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned. If your package arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days, and we will provide a suitable solution
